Excited to experience a new vision of a "mobile companion" app to support my desktop browser, Arc.
Being focused on jobs-to-be-done and workflows rather than being restricted to what a conventional browser must do should be liberating — even though it will no doubt disappoint, alienate, and annoy the Slashdot neckbeards.
Of the iPod, they declared: "No wireless. Less space than a nomad. Lame."
Well, in this case,the Arc Mobile Companion should be evaluated on its own merits, not on how it doesn't stack up head to head against other mobile browsers. That's not what it aspires to be (yet, at least) and that's exactly why this product is interesting and worth a look.

@chrismessina any idea on whether the launch is getting delayed or postponed? the app doesn't seem to be available on the app store anymore.
@chrismessina @cristinaibunea the link is not valid. This was a link for a preorder that they had some issues with. Launch is happening today (worldwide), we just have to wait a bit more

Congrats on launching team Arc! I have been using the Mac version for a while and I love the experience. Rarely seen UX this good. Can't wait to try the iOS version. Any major difference with the desktop one?
Arc is my favorite browser and I have no doubt the IOS app will be to :) unfortunately not available in France ? 🇫🇷🥲
@sirius_nottin They briefly took it off the App Store a few hours before launch, but it’s back now and available!

I am SO excited to try this. Been using Arc for a bit now, and it's the only browser that convinced me to make the switch. I love the little details the team has added to the web experience, so I can't wait to see how the mobile version measures up.
I'm a big fan of the design of ARC. They're up to something great on UI of next-gen browsers. Keep it up!
I've been using Arc for a few weeks now... WOW, I love it. The UX and thoughtfulness that went into this product is far above what I've seen in other products. It's simple to use. It's simple in design (which we all know, simplicity is one of the most complex challenges to overcome).
I could go on about this product, but I think you understand. Give it a go and experience a new way to work ;)
So It finally launched, And Man they did it again! Within seconds I felt that it is the one exactly how I felt when I got their web browser. Graphics and transition looks smooth like a butter. It’s shows that if you have a will to make a great product there is a way…Congratulations again to the team. Specially Nate who is just out of world thinker.
Congrats on the new release, I've been using the app for last two days and it's really great, just waiting to make it as my default browser in next update 👀

I'm a Arc Browser fan! Finally, it could be possible to move from Opera which I used from 2004. When I tried Arc for the first time, it was like using my first iPhone. Every detail was thoughtable. Thank you for made that!

HUGE fan of Arc. Replaced Chrome completely (and I was a die hard for 15 years). I am sure this will be a nice value add.
The fact that it's customizable and supports a wide range of apps is a huge plus. I'm definitely going to give this a try and see if it can help me streamline my workflow on my iPhone. Thanks for sharing this great tool!
