This is Bridgette, I’m one of the founders of Arrange.
I’m super excited to share a new product with you today: ArrangeGPT. If you’ve ever used ChatGPT to create a plan or schedule that you wished you could easily add to your calendar, this launch is for you 🎉
Using Arrange is pretty simple: type in a prompt and Arrange will generate a plan for your next long weekend (hello MDW!), road trip, workout routine, meal plan, or anything else – except instead of returning plain text, Arrange returns a series of events that automatically syncs to your calendar, so you can access your plans with 1 tap.
Plans in Arrange are also enhanced with additional APIs to return more complete and useful results. We combine ChatGPT-4o with Google Search and Google Maps so that each event created contains all of the information you’ll need, whether it’s a booking website, restaurant address, YouTube video or recipe link.
Here’s how it works:
1️⃣ Describe what you want to plan in plain text, just like you would in ChatGPT
2️⃣ Let Arrange generate a series of events you – complete with suggestions, locations, and helpful links – that you can visualize in list view or calendar view
3️⃣ See all of your plans in your calendar, since everything is automatically synced (we support Google, Outlook and Apple calendars)
4️⃣ If your plans involve others, you can easily share your plans with them via link or email
@dostermueller thanks Dan! Yeah, it really does turn ideas into tractable plans without the cognitive burden. The suggestions and links are really fun too.
@leovs09 thanks Vlad - editing calendar events by typing into a chatbot has been so much faster and easier than changing them by hand. I imagine calendar UI is going to continue to evolve in this era, will be fun to follow!
@lizziechka I love hearing this Lizzie! Also, if you want links, you can ask the AI to add them to your events - that way you can book directly and will have everything you need in your calendar :)
@anastasiia_stepko Thanks Anastasiia! We support Google and Microsoft calendars via SSO login. If you use Apple Calendar and have already connected your Google or Microsoft calendar account to it, then you'll see Arrange there too.
Congrats on the launch @bfmuir 🚀
The idea behind ArrangeGPT is super creative. I love it! ❤️
Can ArrangeGPT work around my existing calendar items to prevent clashes?
All the best with the launch Bridgette! 🏆
@jgani@jawad_khan_niazi Hi Jawad, Arrange defaults to whichever calendar account you use to sign up (we supports Google and Microsoft) across your devices. You can also use Arrange on Apple Calendar provided you've already connected your Google or Microsoft calendar there. Once you're inside of Arrange, you can add any plan to a specific calendar within your account - for example, I add some plans to my work calendar, some to my personal, and some to my shared family calendar, depending what the plan is.
@bethany_cutmore_scott Thanks Bethany! We support Google and Microsoft calendars (we use SSO for account creation and login). If you use Apple Calendar on your phone or computer and already have a Google or Microsoft calendar account connected to it, then you'll see Arrange there too.
@bfmuir Awesome! Great that you support multiple.
I'm wondering if I could use Arrange to help me and my partner develop a shared calendar.. he uses Microsoft and I use google
@bethany_cutmore_scott oh so interesting, great question - today you could easily have a shared plan that you each connect to your own calendar. There isn’t currently a way to share a calendar, but this is a good use case. Thanks for sharing.
Love this product Bridgette! Such a time-saver for all that diary admin. Can it tackle workplace scenarios out of interest? ie integrated with your work team's diary avails? 'Find an available time slot for these 5 people and write me an agenda covering x,y,z? Congrats on your launch! The interface design looks really clean.
@emily_willis1 Thanks Emily! Today, you can connect any work calendar to Arrange and use it to generate a plan, and soon it will take your existing schedule into consideration so that new events are created around your availability. Re: group scheduling, it's an interesting question - how you do solve this now? Are there any good tools out there? I used to use Clockwise at my last company with a much larger team and I use Calendly regularly for scheduling external meetings, but I haven't tried anything that does just this (takes internal team availability into account when scheduling new meetings). It's possible that Vimcal/Reclaim/Motion solve this? Curious what you've seen!
@bfmuir That's great to know; thanks! I agree with you. I've also only used Calendly (for external meetings). Colleagues of mine have loved using Motion, but I haven't gotten around to using it yet.
@zenda1122 Thanks Zenda! Yes, Arrange supports Google Calendar, Microsoft and Apple Calendar if you've already connected it to a Google/Microsoft account. The only thing you can't do is sign up with a native Apple account SSO. Hope that helps!
Hey Bridgette,
Congrats on launching ArrangeGPT! 🚀
The ability to turn ChatGPT plans into actual calendar events is a game-changer for anyone looking to streamline their scheduling. 🎉 Being able to plan a long weekend, workout routine, meal plan, and more, then have it all sync automatically to our calendars, is incredibly useful.
Good luck!
Congrats on the launch @bfmuir and team. Arrange looks cool.
Do you have plans for business features? Or your own calendar?
Managing multiple calendars has always been tricky for me.
I have a few questions about ArrangeGPT's future features:
Group Scheduling for Recurring Events: Will there be features to help schedule recurring meetings easily for multiple attendees?
Meeting Setup: Will it automate the setup of recurring professional meetings with different links or settings?
Family Calendar Integration: Will it allow for easy management and visibility of both personal and professional schedules for families?
@ty_robb hi Tyrone! All great questions. Right now we don't have any group scheduling features in the works, curious what your top pain points have been and what else (if anything) you've used to solve them. I mentioned in another comment, it's possible that some of the team-focused calendar and scheduling apps like Vimcal, Motion or Reclaim might be able to help there. Re: multiple calendars, you can connect additional accounts in Arrange, and add the plans you make to any calendar within those accounts (eg, add a plan to a shared family calendar that is part of your personal account). Hope that helps!
Arrange seems like the ultimate AI copilot for organizing your life seamlessly and efficiently; a game-changer for hassle-free planning and scheduling. Integrating ChatGPT with calendars? Brilliant! 🚀
@bonvisions Thanks Bon! We support Apple Calendar (which is what I use on mobile) so long as there is a Google or Microsoft account connected to it. The only thing we don't support is Apple Calendar SSO via a native Apple account. Do you have a Google or Microsoft email account? If so, happy to share how you can connect it to Apple Calendar on mobile or desktop.
Sick! I love when something as innocuous but important as a calendar gets its glow up. This is a fantastic new vision of what calendars can be. Awesome work!
Congrats on your launch! I love how easy this is to use. I started with a very broad plan and was impressed that I had the opportunity to get more specific without starting over. Within in seconds I had a great travel plan with all the links I needed. What a great time saver and so much fun to play with!
Obsessed with the AI feature. Takes all of that thinking and planning out of my day to day schedule and travel planning! Can’t wait to see Arrange evolve even more!
