I've already signed up and invested in a handful of properties.
Is there a limit on the number of properties that I can invest in, or a maximum amount I can invest per property?

@landonhowell Hey Landon, there's no limit on the number of properties you can invest in! There is a limit on the maximum per property, which is because of the rules we follow to qualify as a REIT. It's a pretty high limit though, usually around $10,000 to $15,000 per property.
So excited about what you guys are doing. It's so great that anyone can now own part of a (great) yielding asset like single family rental homes. Especially in this "unprecedented" economic climate we are currently in.

@fvryan congrats on the launch. when I was at dynasty.com (prior to their pivot to AI leasing) we were working on the exact same vision. how are y'all handling the management and financial reporting aspect of the investment properties? self managing? working with 3rd party managers?

@lukas_kemkes Yes, we have homes in the next 3 markets queued up and will be releasing them over the next few weeks. The next one will be Charlotte, which we are super excited about!
Definitely an interesting product that gives people another avenue to diverse where they can make money from in a lower risk setting.
@doug_lerch Absolutely. The ability to diversify, both into real estate and across different properties, is a huge benefit for investors
I love this product concept - fractional shares in real estate ownership as an investment. I've enjoyed being able to buy fractional shares of traditional investments like public stocks and cryptocurrency, but real-estate makes much more sense. Very appealing user interface, love the properties that i can invest in, very, very cool!
