Asana — The work management platform for teams

I am a huge Asana advocate and use it across 5 different organizations. I love the new design on both mobile & web. A lot of great visual improvements, new logo, etc. Thank you for such an awesome product.

Woah! I'm hooked on asana, really interested in seeing how this plays out. This is a massive undertaking though, nice work team!

I use Asana integration with TMetric in all my projects and this is the most convenient way to track my time for any activity in Asana

Looks nice! The streamlined, lighter design looks great and I'm sure will boost usability.

I recommend Asana to everyone who is trying to get a more organized life.

It's good to everything, it's free (until 15 members) and you can choose from 2 different styles: list or board. You can create unlimited projects, you can share tasks between projects with a click, there are chat boxes in every task, it's user friendly and their help forum is ultra helpful even if you never payed a penny to them.

I can't live without Asana. Just the most amazing thing ever.

There is no cons, this is my favorite PM so far.

Amazing update. This is the type of product that **could** have gotten serious backlash considering so many people/organizations use it to manage EVERYTHING - but I'm seeing nothing but positive reactions. Well done #newAsana

This refresh was much needed!! I am already hearing great things from my team.

I've used a few project management tools in the past and Asana is the only one that makes me genuinely happy and more productive (at work and with my side hustles).

I can't recommend this tool enough for its ease of use, features and user experience. As a cherry on top, Asana's vision to help teams collaborate and do their best work is one that I can personally identify with!

Nothing! The team @ Asana is continuously innovating so new features are released quite frequently + their forum is great.

A design upgrade was super needed. I like the new layout... much nicer/easier to work with.

Good to see them stepping up their game since they were pretty suck for a while like Remember The Milk before them. Hardly any innovation and spartan user interface and UX. I switched to MeisterTask a while back and very satisfied with that tool since it is more visual and a joy to use. I do see the need for a more complex tool like Asana for some organisations. Hope they fixed many of the UX flaws I had with it. It still seems to lack a Kanban view though – which I think is essential for tools like this. But regardless, congrats with the update team.

Great interface refresh! I loved using asana as it really clicked with my workflow. Alas, it was not to be because I have hilariously spotty connection and mobile signal (I'm even GSM challenged at the moment). * Any possibility for offline support? This feature alone would bring me back to the asana fold straightaway 😬 * Also, any chance of a Mac app? I didn't realise how much I love using a standalone app for task management until I tried competitors' (sorry 😅).

Been using Asana for over 5 years now. It is an awesome lightweight tool that can be used for a myriad of things (task management, meeting facilitation, bug tracking, feature planning etc...) Love the visual refresh. Excited to explore it in the coming days and weeks.

I want to love asana. I really do. I am a bit addicted to trello for everything but the new design looks killer so will give it a go :-)

Finally - hated the old design. This is awesome.

It's amazing. Been using asana for 3 years and 2 organizations and it never felt short of my expectations. The new design unlocked lots of potential and I'm already in love with it.
