Atmos has everything you need to create color palettes for UI. Quickly and easily create beautiful, uniform, accessible palettes and save hours and save hours juggling with a dozen of other tools.
Hey everyone 👋 I’m Ondra designer behind Atmos.
Atmos was born out of frustration 2 years ago when I was working on a color palette and I was juggling 5 tools (color generator, shade generator, contrast checker, vision simulator, and LCH color editor) and I thought there must be a better way…. turns out we had to build it.
Atmos comes with all the tools one would need to create a great color palette:
- Color generator that creates semantic colors along with brand colors
- Shade generator with easing curves and hue shifting
- Advanced LCH and OKLCH editor for fine-tuning palettes to perfection (we call it Playground)
- Color wheel for cases where you don't want too much randomness
- WCAG 2 and APCA contrast checker along with a vision simulator
- And many quality-of-life things like import, export, Figma plugin to sync colors…
I'm really excited to be launching it today! I would love to hear your thought and answer any questions 🙌
Wow!
Love the science approach!
As a product manager will. Some light design skills, I wish I could buy like a pack of tokens, So I could use it few times a year.
Hey there fellow Makers and Product Hunters,
I'm the dev guy at Atmos and I'm super excited to be launching Atmos today!
If you're interested in our journey, I wrote a short story about 2.5 guys, 2 years, $140+ MRR, 1st PH launch over at Indiehackers.
Hello there 🤚 I'm David, the 0.5 of a developer at Atmos.
About two years ago, with lockdowns everywhere, I found myself with nothing much to do. As a SQL Server DBA, I wanted to try something new and, as luck would have it, my brother and our friend started working on Atmos a few months prior. I asked them if I could take a look at the code, and they gladly agreed. We set up a meeting where I not only got a peek at how modern web apps are built, but Vojtěch also gave me a few tasks to implement for Atmos.
Well, that was about two years ago, and today I'm excited to be here with you at the ProductHunt launch of Atmos
Well, i think a lot of designers share that frustration Ondřej. But this product might just do the trick. There is a lot of playing around, of course, but from what i've seen so far (played around with it on your site), this is powerfull and helpfull. Really like the features in the color generator, and the shade generator.
Still have to go into the playground and also go through your documentation. But awesome job 👍.
