@primalnick SO many things. Mostly the cost, speed of production, and re-using stuff that already exists to build a cool looking home.
I've watched my parents build two middle-class homes from scratch (in more affordable places than where I currently live 😅 ). That process, from picking a lot of land, to choosing a cookie cutter design (in their case), never made much sense to me as an offline process.
Seeing Atmos immediately made sense to me, and I love the idea of being able to pick from thousands of designs.

Fun fact: I pitched the same concept in my W2020 YC application using the "if you have any other ideas" field.

This is cool, but it's moving very slowly. Maybe just a bug you're having today, but I think it wasn't working because of how long things take to load :/

Fantastic product that you got cooking up here! I have went through the flow of picking out land and a floor plan many times and love how intuitive it is to do so. Out of curiosity, what factors are you considering when picking your "emerging" cities?
