Spoke is a simpler, smarter way to manage workplace requests. It has everything support teams like IT and HR need to keep employees happy and productive, including ticketing, knowledge management, and self-service powered by artificial intelligence (AI).

We've been using Spoke for a little over two months and everyone on the team loves it!
Saves us time and forces us to have better organization for our knowledge base. The more we use it the smarter Spoke gets and we're seeing a good amount of automated replies which saves us time.
The team at Spoke is great! Everyone involved with onboarding has been great and they are always there to help us get the most out of Spoke.

Spoke, as a company, has been one of the best companies I've worked with so far. Helpful, attentive, and always helping us get the most out of Spoke. My users like using spoke and how easy it is, plus like feeling as though their requests are being handled quicker. They also get a lot less emails than our previous help desk, which is something they appreciate!
Spoke is still growing, and I look forward to growing along with them as we continue our partnership!

We have been using Spoke since part of 2017. An excellent find to a tough problem plaguing any organization: Silo-ed domain knowledge.
Spoke let's users and teams get what they know out of their head and also helps us quickly ramp up new users.
Pros:Intuitive User Interface, AMAZING support team and once the users get offloading their domain knowledge, a welcome addition!
