- Craft compelling emails in seconds using our AI composer
Hey Product Hunt! 👋
I’m Jamie from the Automations team at Attio, and we’re super excited to introduce Attio Sequences, our new product that lets you create email sequences that trigger from real prospect moments.
Last year we launched Automations, which allows you to build powerful workflows for your GTM. Now with Sequences, that capability goes even further.
You can create AI-powered email campaigns that trigger from real prospect moments through your workflows, based on your data. Whether it's a trial sign-up, product milestone, or any other meaningful action, you can engage leads at exactly the right time.
With Sequences, you can:
- Create personalized, multi-step email campaigns that integrate seamlessly with your GTM processes
- Trigger targeted outreach based on any signal in your CRM – from product usage to deal stages, or any moment that is important for prospects.
- Automatically exit contacts when they reply or book a meeting – no specific tools required, just your calendar!
- Enable delegated sending to allow team members to send emails as you, or set up workflows that automatically enroll recipients
- Take advantage of powerful AI capabilities that personalize email content based on the data already inside Attio, and automatically detect out-of-office replies to adjust sequence timelines
With Sequences, Attio gives you everything you need to engage prospects at the right moment, with the right context.
We’d love to hear your thoughts! Feel free to share feedback, ask questions, or just say hello.
Thanks again for your support 🙌
This looks compelling. Love the controls you've baked in (in terms of limiting sends-per-hour) to maximise email deliverability!
What kind of analytics or insights can users expect to optimize their outreach strategies?
Hi Product Hunt! 👋

Attio Sequences seems like a powerful tool! I’d love to see how it performs across different industries with industry-specific know-hows integrated. Are there any prompt templates available to help get started?
Been loving Attio the past 3 months and can't wait to dive into Sequences. By far the easiest/most seamless CRM to use today.
Email sequences are great, and I'm particularly excited to setup sequences that can send via Integrations & other chat platforms we use.
Wow! Attio Sequences is game-changing. Structuring outreach emails, especially in bulk, can be such a tedious task. Which key challenges did you aim to solve while designing this product?
Thank you @anna_sophie_mungenast1 !
Engaging contacts at the right moments with meaningful, relevant messaging is one of the biggest challenges GTM teams face, especially as they start to scale. And this is exactly what we set out to solve with Attio Sequences!
Congrats on the launch, Attio Sequences looks like a game-changer for email marketing! 🎉 What inspired you to create this tool? I'm curious to know more about the challenges you aimed to solve with this product.
Thank you @ihuzaifashoukat !
When we set out to build Sequences, we wanted to solve the challenge that many teams–including our own–faced: how do we engage with leads and customers at exactly the right moments, with highly relevant and meaningful messaging.
When these interactions are disconnected from the data and workflows where your business truly lives, it leads to missed moments, tons of manual work, and a constant struggle to align messaging with real-time signals.
We wanted something better - a product that works seamlessly with your customer data and feels like a natural extension of your workflows. That’s why Sequences isn’t just about automating emails; it’s about maintaining meaningful relationships with none of the operational overhead.
Hi, Attio team! I would say that Attio is what I've been looking for! I need to send outreach email from time to time, and each time would be a torture to structure the similar framework of the email. It gets even more frustrating when the number of outreach emails is huge... Love to try it out, and congrats on the launch!
@linda_yanlin thanks so much Yanlin, we really hope you enjoy using Attio! Do let us know how you get on with Sequences – we're here to help however we can!
Attio Sequences looks like a powerful tool for sales teams looking to automate and personalize outreach. The ability to trigger email sequences based on real prospect signals is a game-changer, especially with AI-driven content and integration with existing workflows. It’s especially intriguing that it handles multi-step campaigns and automatically adjusts timelines based on responses. I’m curious about the integration with CRM systems—how customizable are the triggers based on user data?
Hey @maxcompe, imagine you're running a game development consultancy, juggling multiple ongoing projects and a pipeline of leads. Attio Sequences puts your interactions on auto-pilot so you never miss a beat. For example, when a new lead reaches out about your services, you can automatically decide whether they are a high-value client, and send them a personalized email in seconds. Similarly, when a project milestone is completed, you can automate your followup to request feedback and keep things going. This lets you focus on what you do best – building amazing games, while staying on top of your communications.
