Is there some sort of desk stand we can set it up with? The floor stand I see on your website won’t really work in our office space.

Our office has multiple lobbies on different floors of the same address. Can we set up several different tablets with Autonomous Receptionist all with one account or do we need multiple accounts?

For our business, we require all visitors to have a name tag in the office. How would I set this up with a printer so we can print visitor ID badges for everyone?

We’ve been using Receptionist for over a week now and here are some things we’ve experienced: Pro: - several visitors have commented that it’s cool, and better than waiting to sign-in if our staff receptionist is on the phone or away from the lobby. - notifications via Slack work well, no issues. - staff receptionist says she feels less pressure and can focus more on phone calls and emails without feeling guilty if somebody is standing there waiting for her to check them in. Con: - it would be better if staff could respond to visitor notifications to let their visitor know if they’re delayed or how long they will be. - still waiting for the software update to see what the in-house office management / scheduling system will be like. Either way, hard to go wrong with a free trial!
