We have only encountered one issue with UNI Receptionist. It was regarding custom sign-in settings, but your team was very responsive in answering our questions and helping us navigate the setup. Thank you for your prompt support. We are enjoying the product.

@duyhtq Glad we could help and please don’t hesitate if you have any other questions!

Is there some sort of desk stand we can set it up with? The floor stand I see on your website won’t really work in our office space.

@babykiss100 Hi, we’re looking into that. Thanks for the feedback!

Hi, thanks for checking out our new product! One of the biggest challenges for a growing business is dealing with the growing number of inquiries. Every new footstep into your office holds the future business opportunities for your company, therefore every first impression count. With that in mind, we created the UNI Receptionist. It’s a visitor management system, an office organizer and a best friend for your current receptionist to keep your office secure and running like clockwork. Visitors can sign in manually or by scanning a QR code they’re sent in advance. And you can customize your sign-in settings to meet any security standards you choose. A warm smile and a hello still matter, but Autonomous Receptionist improves efficiencies so your office stays organized and your guests feel like they’ve stepped into the future when they visit. And best of all, you can try it out for FREE in 1 year (the tentative price is $39/month after 1 year, cancel anytime during your trial)

There are similar products out there, and at least one allows communication back and forth during the sign-in process, but it’s hard to beat a 1-year free trial. Look forward to learning more and giving it a test run.

@d_qu_c_d_t Thank you so much for your interest! And we look forward to your feedback once you test it out!

Our office has multiple lobbies on different floors of the same address. Can we set up several different tablets with Autonomous Receptionist all with one account or do we need multiple accounts?
Chi T.
@htlong9999 Thanks for bringing this up. Yes, you can absolutely set up multiple tablets on one Receptionist account. It’s easy to do and easy to manage. No need to sign up for multiple accounts.

For our business, we require all visitors to have a name tag in the office. How would I set this up with a printer so we can print visitor ID badges for everyone?
Chi T.
@ashley_morris88 Hi, we just sent you a private message with more details on this. Please give it a look and definitely send us an email at chi@autonomous.nyc with any other questions. Thanks!

We’ve been using Receptionist for over a week now and here are some things we’ve experienced: Pro: - several visitors have commented that it’s cool, and better than waiting to sign-in if our staff receptionist is on the phone or away from the lobby. - notifications via Slack work well, no issues. - staff receptionist says she feels less pressure and can focus more on phone calls and emails without feeling guilty if somebody is standing there waiting for her to check them in. Con: - it would be better if staff could respond to visitor notifications to let their visitor know if they’re delayed or how long they will be. - still waiting for the software update to see what the in-house office management / scheduling system will be like. Either way, hard to go wrong with a free trial!

@hien_that Thanks for signing on with us and we appreciate the feedback! The office organizer software update should be available soon, we’ll definitely let you know. And better interaction between visitor and host is something we’re also looking into. Glad to hear your receptionist is feeling less pressure these days!
