Hey Hunters. ๐Ÿ‘‹ We're super excited to share our new ebook, covering stories from world-class designers. We believe that the most efficient way of learning is through either listening or reading how other people experience things. Therefore, from the beginning of this year, we've been talking to designers and developers from world-class companies like Intercom, Dribbble, Product Hunt, Airbnb, etc., in order to learn their stories, successes, and failures during their careers. We just wrapped up our first series, and now we want to bring these stories closer to you. Here's a quick look at all participants: - Linzi Berry, Design System Lead at Lyft - Jasmine Friedl, Head of Design at Intercom - Tanner Christensen, Product Designer at Lyft - Meng To, Design+Code Creator - Ivy Mukherjee, Product Designer at Grab - Jory Raphael, Lead Icon Designer at Font Awesome - Tori Hinn, Creative Director of Figma - Julie Delanoy, Head of Product Design at Product Hunt - Noah Stokes, Design Director at Dribbble - Yuan Wang, Experience Design Lead at Airbnb The ebook is free to download, so enjoy it and feel free to share it as you please. ๐Ÿ™Œ Click here to tweet this ebook with your community. Please ask any questions you may think of or share your guest recommendations for our next series. ๐Ÿค™ Thank you for your support! ๐Ÿ™

hello martin, i just scanned trough it and looks cool at the first sight! how did you decide who to interview?
Martin Duris
Thank you for your kind words @vladojsem! In the beginning, it required a lot of research. We looked at some world-leading companies and tried to look for their design leaders. It was really challenging to kick it off at first. We had to clearly present the idea of The Grit to get their attention. Once we published a few interviews, and our community loved it, we started getting a lot of recommendations for future guests. Overall, we look at previous work experiences, projects, etc.
