One big difference between us and other AI note-takers like Fireflies is that typically other apps just give a high level summary that is just a re-telling of what happened in the meeting with maybe some Action Items. Avoma writes notes like a human would - structured and organized, with a focus on the important parts of a discussion. Our notes are also automatically customized for nearly all types of meetings (sales demos, interviews, standups, etc) - check it out and we would love to know what you think!

@richard_gao2 Thanks for your support. How we're different than others is the emphasis on "human-like" notes with a lot more detailed notes, for various different kinds of meetings. Unlike other products, you don't have to ask some Bot or give some prompt or press any buttons - "to generate action items", etc. We do the heavy lifting for you so you get the value. And we go beyond the typical "Summary" or "Action Items".

Hi everyone, Aditya here, CSM from Avoma It's almost magical to see what Avoma has to offer with Avoma 3.0. The new note-taking is magical; The AI notes are as contextual as anyone who is not a part of the meeting can understand what topics were discussed, the pain points, action items, follow-up meeting dates and so much more. Honest opinion, I am saving close to 10 minutes per meeting as I don't have to clean up the notes. Thats close to 24 hours a month of admin task that I save and can invest that time further by working on the important stuff. Check it for yourself with the free trial.
