I'm so glad to hunt 'The Collaborative Selling Handbook.' Collaborative selling is a fairly young concept. And yet, there are already differences in opinions about what it actually means. The general understanding of Collaborative Selling is that salespeople collaborate with prospects and become their strategic partner. Today, consumers have access to a wealth of information right at their fingertips. If you are in B2B sales, you know this from experience—buyers these days come to the negotiation table more prepared than ever. I had the privilege to get an early preview of the book and I love the way you have laid out a clear idea of why closing a deal is way too important for a business to just leave it to sales. It's unfair, to begin with, to credit the sales for winning a deal when in fact a success like that has so many fathers in marketing, customer success, product, and engineering. Even customers are key collaborators in the sales process. It's actually where it all converges. I think modern SaaS teams should leverage collaboration across the board—including collaboration with AI and other tools—to unlock new revenue potential. It's a revolutionary idea, but the book makes it sound like common sense after you finish reading it. Wishing @avomainc an amazing launch and success with this ebook!
