@sentry_co We operate on the "no flag is a green flag" principle :D. In other words, allow the leaders to manage by exception instead of sifting through all the data exhaust produced by the various tools.

The closest flag we have for this scenario is for Sprint Planning Effectiveness - that is how many of the Planned Sprint work items are being finished. The Sprint's period defines the "schedule" in this case.
If a team or project is consistently hitting 100% planning efficiency, then it is a red (well, orange-y) flag to indicate that there maybe possible under-commitment here. Similarly, if the efficiency is under 75% (threshold is configurable), there is a red flag for over-commitment.
I'm finding it hard to differentiate it from existing solutions in the market. I'd try to make more visible the main value proposition. The product looks great. Love the UI. Website looks awesome. Congrats for the launch to the team (:

The key differentiator for Axon is to bubble up anomalies to the engineering leaders. Not in terms of raw data (e.g., "10 defects are open") but in terms of the impact (e.g., "Production Incidents open for too long"). The "impact" being largely configurable (e.g., SLA Target for a production incident to be closed).
Once configured (it takes < 5 mins), Axon will be send these insights straight to your Slack (or Teams) channel. If something needs attention, you can get into Axon to drill down and find the root cause.
But unlike existing solutions, we don't want the engineering leaders to spend any time to *find* where the fires are - let Axon do that for you. Less cognitive load, more time saved - focus on putting out the fires!
@gurukini it's actually a great value proposition! It's too important to find easily the root cause. In fact that's the main principles of our framework for problem-solving. Make sure everyone knows the difference! I believe it's a strong differentiator
