Ayraa is more than just an AI assistant, it encompasses ALL your workplace knowledge- right from Slack, down to Atlassian, and everything in between. Our vision is that first we will make such queries possible to support with insightful responses - something no one else on the market is able to achieve, and then in the near future, we will push such insights to users without waiting for them to query. E.g. meeting conflicts, overloaded week, dropped productivity, interesting discussions missed, etc - all being pushed to you via a helpful AI assistant!

@bonvisions - Makes sense. Now that we have established the ability to support a wide-range of such queries, we can host a selected list of such queries - even ones requested by the user - and compile a report daily for the user. Many of these do not even need GPT, and can be handled via regular programing languages & visuals.

Looks really cool! Does this support linking to places in the document(s) that support the answer it gives? I think this is one feature I've seen certain places that really increases my trust that the system is not hallucinating, which is essential for depending heavily on AI like this.

@bradydowling we already support linking to documents as citations/references when a piece of text is used to frame a response. However, with Insights, we gather this information from data embedded inside the workspace apps - so the reference can't cite a document/article, but instead cites the entire app as the source of the data. Hope this makes sense. E.g. if we detect a meeting conflict on your calendar, we would cite the entire Calendar app and not a document. It should be easy for the user to still spot the referenced data inside that app in most cases.

@adamgold7 Great question. In our experience, we have found most enterprise search tools are very shallow in their search look for keyword matches in various connectors. With Ayraa, not only do you get an all-in-one platform that covers Meeting transcripts, Web Browsing data, Go links, authoritative & curated Collections & Answers, as well as saved Slack summaries via Scribes - with Insights, we are also now going deeper into text to data-analytics, allowing the users to extract tacit & buried insights in their various apps. E.g. "is there anything urgent for me to do today?", "what has John been working on?", "compile a report of my accomplishments last week" etc which are not possible using typical keyword based enterprise search engines as there are no keywords involved in these open-ended queries!

Congrats on the launch. I could see this tool being especially helpful to agencies, where employees need to report which tasks they worked on the previous week. (This was always a pain to manually/accurately report.) Really nice job.

Very interesting concept, I think this could be very useful. How do you deal with data privacy though? It seems like you require a lot of access.
