Balloon is on the road of perfecting the newsfeed. You're in control. It's not build around "following" profiles but around "following" what we call balloons. Every single post is attached to a balloon. When you follow a profile you're auto-following all of that profiles balloons and can at any given time unfollow a specific balloon from a profile.
