Basicons is a curated collection of icons tailored for all your product design and development needs. The icons are available in three sizes—16x16, 24x24, and 32x32 pixels—and come in three different weights: 1px, 1.5px, and 2px.
When we first launched Basicons 1.0, our goal was clear: to create an icon library that offered unparalleled flexibility and options. We found that most icon libraries were limited, typically providing only 24x24 icons with a fixed 2px weight, which restricted our design possibilities. While we addressed some of these limitations with Basicons V1 and V2, one crucial element was still missing—FILL icons.
With Basicons 3.0, we've introduced both line and fill icons, enhancing flexibility with options to adjust size, color, and weight. We've also added over 200 new icons, with more continuously being added.
We hope this update enhances your designs for web and mobile applications.

congrats on the launch. with the addition of fill icons and more sizes, it seems like basicons 3.0 provides a lot of flexibility. how do you decide which new icons to add to the collection? is there a process for prioritizing user requests or do trends in design influence your choices?
