I have the same issue nothing happens on clicking the template and I am using chrome, the only way was to drag and drop it but then the dimensions are completely wrong. Any solution ?

@roman_burdyga You can design your own templates / emails at https://beefree.io and then push them to Gmail as a draft. So basically outside of the Gmail Add-on, but leading to the same result.
