The Story behind the fun and instant project - Beedii
On the night of 10th Jan, we had a Counterstrike game night at our office and Nitish Sir(@nitishkmrk )and I already decided after the game we will work all night (ps. when you love what you do, working whole night is a treat).
When we started working, Sir asked me-"let's try something new, something fun". So we started scrubbing our minds to find the perfect idea which is fun and actually usable. After some failed ideas he suddenly said- " Let's do something new with typography and eventually we landed with Emoji font.
Now the challenge was the name, so we again continued our fun approach and started looking for something fun. And for those who ever played Counterstrike might be aware of the term BD-"Bomb Down". We both were very sure that this is going to be our name, we just had to rephrase it a little. That's how we got- "Beedii".
I hopped on to the procreate and he started coding and in a single stretch, we made the project live.
What I learned-
1- How to enjoy the whole design or work process while maintaining your quality and efficiency. (@nitishkmrk you are the king of pro's at this).
2- How to positively find the solution to every small obstacle that you face.
Conclusion- No matter how interesting your work is, no matter how passionate you are, it may get boring over a long period of time. But if you love your work, if you enjoy it-you may end up with something very interesting.
@praffulkumar212 that's so awesome to glance up the recap. I cannot resist to say it was great fun to draw those icons along with you and making this stuff air over a night; truly delicious 🙂
