It's hard to get eyeballs on your projects. If you've got a budget, one of those options is paid advertising. But paid ads (Google + Bing) are expensive, and we weren't happy with the amount of training available for those wanting to do it themselves. So we decided to release this for free.

A Visual Timeline Of Digital Marketing is a slightly irreverent look at everything from the first spam email to that weird thing Uber did with the drones in 2016.

We welcome submissions and suggestions, since we want to keep this a growing, interactive timeline - consider it sort-of-beta-mode.
