Hey folks, we’re back again! @arjunarora108 and I continue to be humbled by the community’s response to Betafi.
Since our first launch at the end of September 2022, we’ve been hard at work preparing the next stage of integrations and new capabilities to further broaden the appeal of Betafi while staying true to our north star of embedding voice of customer product feedback into the development process.
We’re really thrilled to get to announce our Google Meet integration today. 😻🤝🐤
The Betafi Bird has gained a few new superpowers since its last unveil. Betafi can now help to supercharge your Google Meet feedback calls with automatic cloud recording, transcription, timestamped notes, auto-summarization, clipping, and much much more.
We’ve been dogfooding our new Google Meet integration a ton over the past few months leading up to this launch, and it’s proved to be a helpful companion beyond just customer feedback scenarios. We’ve been having a blast using it alongside some early pilot customers for everything from internal team meetings, to design review sessions, and even to prepare for interviews and VC pitches 😅.
If you are new to Betafi: we offer a toolkit for remote video calls to capture, make sense of, and share voice-of-customer insights with your team.
Today’s Google Meet launch is just the tip of the iceberg.
We have a ton of fun new capabilities in the works that we’ll be launching over the coming months to further amplify and accelerate your product feedback loops. Stay tuned. 😉

Also, Betafi is great if you want to see patterns across conversations. Example, you can bring interview questions inside meet > take notes across questions and then compare notes across conversations
We also have a lot of focus on collaboration, to share insights to Miro/FigJam and Notion. If you try it would love to hear your feedback!
The Google Meet integration makes it much easier to collaborate and collect user feedback.

could I have the notes, links to clips, and transcriptions be automatically sent into Salesforce notes for a given lead?

With respect to clips, you can make them public on our platform, and copy-paste the link to your salesforce notes.
Regarding notes and transcriptions we do not have the support for sending them automatically to salesforce.
But you can download the transcripts in .txt, .csv format with proper time-stamps and speaker labels.

@rahulasthana yeah I'll give it a shot and do it manually. But for the purposes of my team it'd be better to have it done automatically so that we have consistency in our documentation

Just tried the integration and loved it! Super easy to use, and the quality of the transcriptions was excellent. The clipping feature with captions was incredibly helpful, too. Looking forward to using this a lot more in the coming months!
