Interesting idea. I think it will be difficult for you to get traction with only an iPhone app. The use case I see here is for interns and (very) junior-level professionals to exchange thoughts and experiences. Maybe some people higher up the ladder will drop by to "pay it forward" in a mentor kind of way.
