@chirag_kasat yes I think that's exactly the key insight for us - you really need to create a more well thought out experience where the outreach has a meaningful trigger and you can prioritize leads who have shown signs of engagement (e.g. accepting your LinkedIn request of following you back on X) to get a good result from outbound. ofc, this would take a lot of time to do manually so automating in as natural a way as possible was something we were excited about enabling.
Congrats on your launch! It's interesting yet thrilling to watch how AI enriches the lead generation process. Do you plan to add other social platforms later?

Some times it feels weird how hard it is to find posts, from relevant people, that were written recently.
For unknown reason in native LinkedIn and SalesNav you always need to do some heavy lifting to filter stuff correctly.
Wow this product is really interesting. Gaining leads with interest is a huge deal. Maybe it will help reduce irrelevant messages in socials and make outreach more profitable. Upvoted!
@pavel_bocharov That is the objective. Our goal is to enable our customers to do very targeted outreach to the right users at the right time. We do believe that as user attention continues to shift towards social channels, it makes sense for businesses to do outreach on them as well.
Can Blaze be integrated with other social media platforms like Facebook or Instagram? Also, are there any upcoming features that focus on these platforms?
@memphys_sk We are looking to add more platforms. We will most likely support IG this quarter or the subsequent quarter.

Congratulations on the launch! Does the product have a static database of people that is updated from time to time, or does it perform actual live scanning (checking Twitter or social media) after you fill all the criteria?
@semanser It's both! There is a static database that is updated frequently, AND there is a live scanning feature that gets real time data.
