Correct me if I am wrong, but shouldn't beginners stay away from ICOs? They have no idea about the tech behind them, possible back doors, the companies the coin supports etc.

@_sklahr_ the guide is focused on analysis for beginners. Regulatory guidelines differ country to country whereas investment analysis does not. We will take the feedback onboard for future publications.
