BlockSurvey is one of my favorite form builders. I've been using it since mid 2020 and the experience has been great. Easy to use, very nice looking form builder with great results and exceptional privacy/security. Great engagement from the developer. Solid tool!

I've been using Blocksurvey for over three years now (probably longer!) and I've never met a team that is more responsive to the needs of their users. Numerous key features for us at the Stacks Foundation have been added because Wilson and the team are zeroed in on feedback and ship very steadily. Blocksurvey is a sleeping form giant that has all the features that you would expect and then some others that you'll wonder how you lived without. I can't vouch more strongly for the product, you at least have to give it a try!

The fact that you made it easy to collect verified wallet addresses & social profiles in one click is impressive. But doing it all while maintaining a great user-friendly UI is even more impressive. I have been using @Blocksurvey for all my survey needs and I must say it is a very functional and feature-rich app. It is also very user-friendly, even for people who are not used to conducting surveys. In my opinion, AI assistance and blockchain security set it apart from other survey solutions. I also appreciate that the option to add my own branding (Premium feature) is reasonably priced. Furthermore, the support team is top-notch - I have received detailed and helpful responses even over weekends. Have recommended to clients and will keep doing so.

Been using BlockSurvey over a year now— big fan of the product. It makes collecting surveys an absolute breeze with little to no experience required.

In privacy-scarce world, this looks like a fresh take to create a privacy-first product especially knowing that data is not visible to the provider, then both companies & respondents can trust that their data won't be missed or sold to the highest bidder as other survey tools tend to do. I hope you find a way to reach beyond crypto market and attract more mainstream people as well, as surveying tools haven't been evolving much for many years.
