Love Blokada. How does version 6 compare to version 5? I'm confused to see it available in the Play Store instead of as an APK. I remember in the past you stated on your website that the Play Store version had to get dumbed down to play by the Google's rules…
@anna_0x Blokada 6 uses cloud filtering while Blokada 5 uses a local VPN approach, Google hates Blokada 5 for using this local VPN so it was removed from their store multiple times. Right now i am using AdGuard. It's easy and gives really good results on desktop.Your iOS app work as AdGuard for me and Now i also want to try on my desktop, so do you have any plugin/extensions for desktop browsers so i can try it on my desktop too
@varunrazora Thanks for your comment! For Macs, you can easily download Blokada from the app store and use it on your whole device. For Windows, you can combine Wireguard with Blokada, many users have reported that it works perfectly for them. This is incredible. It is so difficult to use any kind of adblocker on phones. Adblock extension on safari mobile is very average.
@abhishek1846 I agree! It is extremely hard to use chrome extensions on phones as it doesn't provide protection while using apps!
