I'm still often surprised how people and companies aren't leveraging video yet! I love how your team is making it so much easier and more intuitive.

@oleksiy_malytskyy Bonjoro is for sending personalized video emails to customers at key points in their journey with your business. For example, customer signs up to a free trial -> you send them a personal welcome video, and embed a walkthrough of your product just below your personal video. It's not similar to Youtube, so a comparison would not be very useful. But I can tell you average open rates with Bonjoro video emails are c. 60%, which is way above standard email marketing.
@oliverbridge3 Maybe I got it wrong. In my case, I use links to Youtube videos in the onboarding process, but I'm not satisfied because a small percentage of people follow the link. As I understood with Bonjoro I can send an email with a video included no need to follow any links? So one step less which suppose significantly increase the number of people that start watching a video. I was interested in how big is that difference.
@oleksiy_malytskyy Oh my bad, you are exactly right! From what we've seen so far, your watch rates for your YT video embedded beneath very closely mirror the watch rate of your personal video above. We have only just launched Next Gen, so we don't have enough data to publish any studies yet, but opens and watch rates across standard Bonjoro vids are 60-70% open, and c. 50% watch (of those opened). I think in your case you would see a very strong uplift anyway from the act of sending personalized onboarding videos, so you should see the same uplift in people consuming the YT video :)
@oliverbridge3 Thanks! For me personally this metric on landing page could be the best sales pitch. One more question, how Bonjoro helps with email Open rate? do you have AI generated Subject lines?
@oleksiy_malytskyy No AI, we just have a very strong focus on deliverability. We split out sending of 1:1 videos from group videos, and closely monitor usage to protect the sending reputation of all Bonjoro customers. Subject lines are also user controlled as our user base is so diverse that machine learning is not best suited.

Bonjoro is a great way to connect with customers. E.g. it works great when you need to personalize the onboarding experience for your SaaS product. If you want to build relationship with your customers, sending Bonjoro video created just for them is the way to do it.

LOVE Bonjoro - I recommend it to all my clients! It's the best at making things personal and has a wow factor! Bonjoro is a key part of my marketing strategy and recently closed 30% of the people I sent a personal video to! Looking forward to using 2.0!
@agatakristo great question! So I have things automated with Active Campaigns (which integrates beautifully with Bonjoro) so that if they click a link in the campaign to go to the sales page, a tag is added which sends them to Bonjoro for me to follow up with a Bonjoro!
