Tell AI what data you want to collect from an audience and a chatbot will decide what questions to ask, how to ask them, and when to ask them, and deliver the data it collects to Google Sheets.
Hey everyone,
I was doing research for a different product using Google Forms and was struggling with form completion. Maybe that product wasn’t a great idea, but I did some digging and learned that forms in general have a high abandonment rate (+ 60%). I thought, what if I fed GPT a bunch of data points and let AI decide how to collect it.
We prototyped a chatbot that dynamically generated questions based on how users interacted with it, shared a direct link and people were way more engaged, seeing completion rates over 80%
We ended up building out a GPT chat product that replaces forms. You just tell AI what data to collect and it autonomously decides what questions to ask, when to ask them, and how to ask them to collect data, and delivers the data to Google Sheets. You can train it using your own business data so it will generate responses, but its primary function is to generate questions, collect and deliver data.
Obvious use-case is lead generation, but it's useful for general research and feedback collection, even recruiting.
Thanks so much for the support. Anyone want an API?
@joshbarkin I'm into putting partnerships together and asking questions to business's is an essential role to finding the right fit for bringing companies together. This tool you developed could be very valuable for finding those right partnerships
@evgeny_khokhlov Appreciate the comment. We still support those integrations, although yes, we're evolving to be a stand alone product. Might release an API though for this for those integrations
So you say research students too can use this to get their questionnaire done? Like the ones that involve numbers and a bit of reasoning? That way it could be very much useful for me. I can see that it's main use is lead generation related data.
@josephine912 To clarify by research , I mean anything relating to data collection, not analysis or reasoning. I wanted to work on this product because I was doing market research
This sounds like a neat way to gather data from folks without having to figure out all the survey questions yourself. The chatbot takes care of it and sends the data to Google Sheets. I haven't tried it yet, but it could be a time-saver for data collection.
