I've heard of hiring managers getting upwards of 200 applicants for a single role since the rise of AI has made it easier to mass apply for roles.
It's good to see AI being used to solve these issues (even if it may have partially encouraged the pattern). Feels like a great balance in my opinion!
Hey @stealthruler, that is not how the platform works. AI won't make any decisions for you. It will actually score each candidate against your own custom criteria. From there, you will have a list sorted with the best matches at the top. It is up to the person then what happens after that.
I have reviewed many resumes while recruiting developers and business analysts during the last 12 years and I know what a headache it is. I believe this tool can help me a lot in the future. Good luck with the launch and further development.
This looks like a great idea, I think it will improve the work for both, HR and candidates because it won't matter if there are 400 applicants before you on the line,... as long as your resume matches the criteria you still have chances to get the job

Definitely can be a supplement to the process. Altho hiring is still immensely hard to get right. So many factors a CV cant capture. Or even a long winded wetting process.
