I've been using it for more than a year now and still glad with the decision. Btw, 18 cross-site trackers blocked on this page :-)
Used it for more than a year and a happy user. Also try replacing Google with DuckDuckGo as your default search engine. Together; Two simple steps to take back some important parts of your Internet Privacy.
As soon as Brave gets its sync process out of beta and working properly for more than just bookmarks, I'm back in 100%.
@grberk I keep using it - but would be great to get sync working with history, passwords, and wallets
@carlo_cruz I had an issue where Brave totally hosed up my bookmarks with a sync. Thankfully I had them in Chrome as well so I could recover. I do really want it all to work. I've been using Chromium Edge as another Chromium-based browser, but even though I trust M$ slightly more with my personal browser data, it's not by much.
@carlo_cruz @grberk Hey, Tom here from Brave's privacy & security team. We know that sync isn't our strongest point right now, and that it's a really important feature. We're working on it. From the start, we've been trying to ensure that Brave's sync system is completely private — and you should expect no less from us. We've made some mistakes along the way, but we are focused on getting comprehensive sync working for everyone as soon as we can.
I used Brave for a couple of months however during the usage, I encountered numerous frequent crashes and finally had to switch back to Chrome.

On mobile there were zero issues however my Kaspersky app does not recognise Brave mobile app for web protection thus I had to roll back to Chrome (here as well)

How does Brave compare to Firefox? I use firefox and both the browser, privacy, security, selfmade plugins are all what drew me to use firefox. @lastridgely @w0ts0n @flamsmark @sampson_brave_

I used firefox for a while. But coming from chrome background, I wasn't getting comfortable with the mozilla developer tools and pinch zoom for mac.
Brave was the best alternative for chrome I could find. Now Brave all the way.
