This is incredible! We've been using Bubbles with our team at Chestr, and we love it. The new updates make it ever easier to share and keep up with our projects asynchronously, as our team is spread around the world. As always – the design remains top-notch and super clean! Congrats on the release 🥳

As someone who works across many time zones, bubbles' async features are super helpful and cut down on live late night/early morning Zoom meetings.
Tess Breuch
@aaron_endre Thanks so much for the support!

@aaron_endre So great to hear this Aaron. Cross-time zone communication was crucial for us to solve internally, glad it's resonating with your team as well.

This product has been so helpful for me. As a designer, it really helps in communicating with my engineers without having to hop on a meeting. Thanks for making my day for productive! Amazing work everyone :)
Dylan Husted
@svenphan Thank YOU for supporting us! If you have any feedback, feel free to send me a bubble directly at dylan@usebubbles.com 👍
Taylor LeCroy
@svenphan Thanks Steven, and agreed. Hard to imagine going back to pre-bubbles life as a remote designer.

Reducing meetings in any way is a noble pursuit. Love the async video solution, but even more so the ability to add deadlines for responding. Sending a question into the infinite stream of email, Discord, Slack etc... with no way of tracking urgency, expectations (FYI or response required) or deadlines makes async work with a team challenging. Thoughtful solutions and well executed. Congrats @tom4, @_dylan, and @andrew_locke. Does Bubbles have nudges and reminders for those who are on the clock, letting them know that they have a deadline approaching?
Dylan Husted
@chris_williams22 Thanks for this! Yep, Bubbles automatically sends friendly reminders as the deadline approaches if the recipient hasn't replied yet. You can also disable this for them if you'd prefer a one-time notification. Hope this helps!
Alisa Dengler
Wow, being from Europe this could be really helpful for reducing live calls from the States. I’ll give this a try with my team. Nice job with the design!
Tom Medema
Thanks @alisa_dengler for the kind words. Let us know if you have any feedback!
Andrew Locke
@alisa_dengler 100% bubbles has been a game changer working remote for our team.
Brian Wong
Yes Jack! I’m so glad your hunted Bubbles! It’s super useful if you’re in a lot of meetings (who isn’t nowadays?), and especially for remote and hybrid teams. I can’t wait to bring my entire team onboard!
Taylor LeCroy
@brian_wong10 Glad to hear it's helping Brian! The meeting fatigue is very real. I see better times ahead for you and your team.

💡 Bright idea
Congrats on the launch! This looks like a perfect solution for remote and async teams. It fills a gap in this space. Would love to see it integrated into Twist?
Dylan Husted
@athleteweliness Hey thanks for the idea! Would love to hear more about how you'd use a Twist + Bubbles integration. Feel free to reply here, or send me a bubble at dylan@usebubbles.com 😉
Eddy Darrah
@_dylan I am happy to provide more details. Twist is a great async message platform but lacks integration with a tool like Bubble. Potential workflows could include searching the Bubbles library and linking recordings in chat/channels by utilizing Twist's slash key for action, initiating a Bubbles recording from Twist, and sending recordings from a button in Bubbles to a specific channel or chat. Let me know if you have any other questions!

Thanks @jack_altman for featuring Bubbles! Supporting Tom and witnessing the remarkable growth of the team over the past two years has been an awesome experience. Bubbles 1.0 made initiating rich async video conversations a breeze. Bubbles 2.0 is taking a giant leap forward in promoting accountability and transparency for async communication. Through straightforward assignments, intelligent reminders, and shared spaces, teams can effortlessly keep track of their responsibilities, ensuring that async doesn't mean out-of-sync. Previously, I had to rely on live check-ins to ensure projects were progressing as expected, since traditional async methods left me uncertain about if or when I would receive a response. Bubbles for Teams successfully reconciles the flexibility of async workflows with the predictability of live meetings. This approach enables teams to cater to each individual's unique lifestyle while still having the confidence needed to wholeheartedly adopt async work.

Thanks @jmj you've been and continue to be a great help :)

Thanks @jack_altman for hunting us! Fellow builders, I'd like to share why this launch is so significant. As a former CTO, I've experienced the frustration of trying to explain complex ideas via email or Slack, often resorting to the all-too-familiar "let's jump on a quick call." Unfortunately, these calls are rarely as quick as we hope. Recognizing the challenges remote and async teams face when discussing designs, launching campaigns, or kicking off projects, we developed a screen sharing experience two years ago that enables fast, rich conversations without the need for a meeting. However, context alone isn't enough for async workflows to eliminate the need for live meetings. While live meetings provide certainty with their fixed dates and times, they also lead to fatigue, constant distractions, and burnout. That's why we've worked tirelessly to create Bubbles for Teams—an asynchronous video collaboration platform that delivers certainty and accountability in async communication. With Bubbles for Teams, you'll only have live meetings when you truly want to, not because you have to. Our team is dedicated to making remote and async collaboration both productive and enjoyable. We welcome your feedback and are committed to helping you and your team succeed in creating the best remote and async collaboration workflow possible.
