Hi there! 👋
I've been working on making the best all-round AI-powered news reader app out there. Here's what I came up with.
▼ Smart Summaries:
⁃ Display AI-powered summaries for all articles as an overview (saving time reading all headlines)
⁃ Display AI-powered summaries for any article (saving time reading the full article)
⁃ Option to ‘Explain Like I’m 5’ (for easier understanding of the article)
⁃ From anywhere across the app
▼ Improve Titles:
⁃ AI-powered improvements to article headlines (non-clickbait versions)
▼ More:
⁃ Widgets for your Home and Lock Screens
⁃ Watch app
⁃ Push notifications
⁃ Live Activity news ticker
⁃ Read out articles
⁃ Read later
⁃ Manage feeds (add, hide, remove custom RSS feeds and categories)
⁃ Import OPML files
⁃ Context Menus across the app
⁃ Variety of settings options to enhance the reading experience
⁃ Variety of alt app icons
⁃ Universal app (available on iPad, Mac, and Apple Vision Pro too)
Happy reading!
@jpeguin1 Celebrate the launch! 🚀📰 Meet Bulletin—an elegant RSS news reader with iOS design, now enhanced by powerful AI for an unparalleled news experience.
@jpeguin1 I just started using it yesterday when I saw the article in TechCrunch, and already love it, was concerned that I wouldn't find a replacement for Artifact, but really happy with this 1-day in, it's proved to be quite useful for me, and definitely worth upgrading! Great job with the app!
Congratulations on the launch! 🚀📰 Introducing Bulletin, the stunning RSS news reader app crafted with iOS design guidelines. Supercharge your news experience with powerful AI capabilities.
Congrats on the launch. This looks very promising! One bit of feedback: I often read articles that include graphs and maps, but I notice that the previews don't show them (or some kind of indication that there was an image there). It can make for a confusing reading experience when the article is referencing something that's no longer showing up.
@bpolyak Thanks Boris! You get started with pre-curated feeds, but can add your own, hide and remove existing ones, and make the app your own! No restrictions.
