@marie_helene Interesting how you improved the card-for-travellers niche which is taken by some giants like Amex, etc. How about we publish an interview about Bunq at StartupRadius? Ping me at paul@startupradius.com if interested!
I would consider N26 over bunq in terms of transparency. Once, I enabled a function (Apple Pay) in bunq, which is included for free at N26 (so I did not even think about it might be a premium feature at bunq and nor there was any clearly visible prompt like "You are now switching from FREE TO PREMIUM") but one month later I found, that suddenly the premium membership for 7.99/mo got enabled. For me, this practice is an intransparent design choice and apart from the overall user experience, which I really enjoy, this is a no-go for me.
However, on the bottom line, bunq has an amazing customer support and now that the physical MasterCard got free of charge, I might consider using it more frequently (currently just for 20% of my expenses such as iDEAL, OV chipkaart)

Been a bunq user for a long time, was never disappointed.
Pros:Get tool to have, especially for travelers! I don't own a credit card and that makes car rentals in certain countries a massive hassle.
Cons:No custom card design yet :(
