Question: what is the circle icon in top/middle when editing a video? I press it, seems to have a hit state, nothing happens.

I signed up yesterday and I noticed how similar it was to.. wait for it.. you know it.. TikTok. So my question is.. with TikTok doing its thing, how are you differentiating this in the future?

I'm unable to access it on iOS. anyone know why?
