They need to add the ability to add additional information like "location."
There's no control over the forms. Super annoying. I'm a paying customer. Please fix @calendly !!!!!!!1
Really well executed. Not sure about the business model, but the experience is just great. Reminds me of Doodle (same question about how to make $$ with this).
Love this product - just for free at the moment but probably will upgrade. I combine this with intercom to deliver some really nice messages for leads & customers to schedule 15 mins with me to get them set up with a short demo.
@mkaroumi The site works perfectly in a mobile browser. Personally I'm fine without another app on my phone. Easy enough to put a shortcut on my screen.
This product great for an individual user.
However, as a company, we will be forced to move to another product soon because:
- Calendly has no API, our database can not tell when a user has scheduled something.
- Their team scheduling not designed for our use-case. We were hoping for the ability to schedule several "interviews" during same time block (i.e. double + triple bookings). Unfortunately, this is not an option. Using Calendly, only one event is allowed at the same time
@factsoflime Interesting, ,I feel the same way. What have you been using? We've been using @mixmaxhq 's calendar scheduling feature. It's not automatic yet (ie takes some manual work) so looking for something more... magical :)
edit: until they come out with their new features ;) @olofster
@sahilc0 to process the volumes of applications we were receiving, we switched to WePow for recorded interviews. The efficiency increase is 5-10x. I never realized how many applicants are a strong no or a strong yes within 30 seconds.
It's worth pointing out that wepow doesn't have a powerful scheduling feature for live interviews.
Also worth pointing out that since I originally posted this comment, Calendly exposed some of their API and integrated with Zapier! https://zapier.com/zapbook/calen...
@dustinwstout We're actually considering giving the robot some "Here is my calendar, book me any time" powers
Would that be useful to you, or are these two worlds that shouldn't collide?
Integration is going to be what makes or breaks this. Does it have a way to "fine best times for all meeting participants" and hook into other services like Skype? This could be very useful for coordinating disparate teams across multiple time zones.
