Slick! I'm a fan of Calendly and have used it for scheduling office hours in the past.

This is a replacement for the scheduling part of Sunrise we're all missing. Kin is probably the best replacement for the calendar part still. https://www.producthunt.com/post...

@chairmanhu Hey, how are the time zones handled? If I'm based on the east coast and embed east coast time, does my recipient on the west coast see times in PST or ET? Basically I'm asking if the suggested slots displayed in the email are dynamic or not?
Felix Hu
@garygaspar The email is not dynamic, but they have a link to change the timezone. Additionally, if a recipient in a different timezone chooses a time directly from the email, the booking flow will first ask them if they'd like to correct the timezone and review the available spots.

Awesome, but PLEASE integrate with Inbox!

We have been using calendly for scheduling calls with customers. Great software!

I use Calendly to automate the scheduling of customer insight calls. This extension will save me time when grabbing a calendly link to put in an email or LinkedIn message. Awesome! Would write more but I need to run to a customer call that effortlessly popped onto my calendar this week via Calendly. :D

This is awesome. The "regular" calendly flow is great, if you want to leave the choice to the other person, but sometimes you just want to pin it down. πŸ‘Œ

Pros:

Skips a couple of steps & clicks in agreeing on a meeting

Cons:

- not yet discovered

I'm a fan of Calendly and have been using it for scheduling meetings. Regarding the Chrome extension, the permissions that it requires is a deal breaker for me. Why does it want to "read all the websites that I visit" and "all the data that I copy/paste"? Basically my whole life, right?
Andrea Hill
Man, I love Calendly. And this just made it even better!

I use Calendly multiple times a day and it's become a vital part of our sales stack at Dopamine Labs. This is the one feature that I have been begging for. πŸŽ‰πŸŽ‰πŸŽ‰πŸŽ‰

@mattmayberry Awesome!

Oh my god. Is this the Sunrise replacement I've been searching for? πŸ™πŸ˜»πŸ”₯πŸ™

@courtneyattebery Hey, do you plan to release it as a web tool for people who don't use Chrome for example? πŸ™πŸΌ
Felix Hu
@courtneyattebery @troblous Hi Yann, can you tell me a little more about your workflow? Specifically, I'm curious about the email client or tool where you are hoping to schedule meetings from, and your preferred browser. We're certainly exploring more ways for people to be able to use the tool :)
Yann
@courtneyattebery @chairmanhu Safari on macOS. I'm using the default macOS mail app (or DejaLu, it depends) and i'd love to be able to paste links just like I used to do with Sunrise.
Felix Hu
@courtneyattebery @troblous To clarify, the core feature you're referencing from Sunrise is the ability to paste availability spots/links directly into your email (which in this case is the Mail or DejaLu app)?
Felix Hu
@courtneyattebery @troblous Perfect. Just wanted to make sure we were talking about the same thing. Calendly for Chrome's "Adhoc Meetings" is the first step in making this a seamless "Meet" experience in Gmail. We are looking to expand this into other platforms as well!

Amazing tool! I'm sure, our team will be interested in it, too. I wish you a good luck!
