Calendly is already the easiest way to find time to meet with others, but we’re working to make your meetings better, too. That means going beyond simply scheduling.
The next step is to help users create better meeting lifecycles–the time between deciding to meet and following up (or scheduling the next meeting).
Automating manual tasks gives you more time to spend on your most valuable activities. It also gives you the opportunity to institute best practices every time you meet so you always do the right things that create really strong relationships.
That’s our goal with Workflows! They’re smart automations that start with templates for notifications, reminders and follow ups.
You can customize what you include, when they’re triggered and who receives them. That means you can share important details with your meeting attendees at the right time to have more successful meetings.
To start, we have a few simple actions for email and text. But in the future, we will support many more actions that integrate with the apps you use every day.
We’re excited to continue building Workflows so you can automate (and customize!) more of the important tasks that happen before, during and after meetings so you accomplish your best work.
