Wow, I was trying to find this app for years, because we had a lot of chats with the customers on Instagram and Facebook, and it was too hard not to miss the message and be fast with the answer. Congrats! It's really cool!

I could really have done with this a few year ago, we used to get customer support messages through facebook, instagram, whatsapp and twitter and it was a nightmare to manage! Things always get lost in the gaps - my least favourite where the support messages people would add to the comments on our facebook ads
@simon_barker1 can't agree more Simon! Unfortunately Facebook has given access to both WhatsApp and Instagram Direct API only very recently so building such kinf of platform wasn't something east to do until few months ago! Now it is finally possible to built upon Instagram and this is why we came up with this new integration (probably the most requested channel from our clients right after WhatsApp)
How are companies getting access to Instagrams API? I thought this wasnt coming for a couple more months

After a long wait, today we are launching our integration with Instagram Direct! π₯
From now our customers can integrate their Instagram page in a few clicks and collaboratively manage Instagram Direct chats with their customers π
For those who still don't know us, Callbell is a platform designed for collaboration that allows sales and customer support teams to communicate with their customers through the main instant messaging apps such as WhatsApp Business, Facebook Messenger and Telegram π¬
After a little more than two years of work, today, thanks to the integration with Instagram Direct, we complete the picture of what was our initial vision: a platform where to centralize the chats of the main instant messaging channels ποΈ
The integration is now available to all our 150 000 users, to our 1000+ clients and all new accounts and for pages that have between 1000 and 100000 followers.

Finally! Now I can use IG Direct integration and seamlessly chat with my customers regardless the channel they use!
It would be better if there were more settings and more functions. For example, to do not search for music on Instagram, but connect it via Shazam. Or direct access to Instagram in Shazam. Probably, there should be a collaboration there. It's harder. However, it would be nice to add music to posts on Instagram, on videos. I read it here https://macpaw.com/how-to/add-mu... about how to attach tracks to Instagram videos, but this only works through Apple Music. What about the other options? Has anyone heard of this? Or I alone would like to clip music to Instagram. It would be interesting, I think.
This looks amazing! Is there an option to schedule messages or create message templates too?

We've been using Callbell for over a year now to manage WhatsApp, Messenger, and Telegram at the enterprise level. Instagram Direct integration for team makes it really complete : TOP !
@rosssaris Hi Anton! We do integrate WhatsApp Business (via API), Messenger (from Facebook) and Telegram. Instagram Direct is our 4th integration. In the future we plan to add new integrations with Google messages and other Messengers as well!
