@ezshine miscommunications can be reduced by programming the assistant to acknowledge when it doesn't know information given explicitly.
Important details from calls can be extracted and saved into variables in Zoho CRM.
Regarding future integrations, I've definitively consider it, but I'm focused on having a very good integration with Zoho CRM first.

I came up with this idea after spending months setting up AI phone systems for a few companies. It was a really challenging process.
While there are some alternatives available, they require a lot of fine-tuning to work effectively. Even with integrations through connectors like Make, there are always edge cases where things don’t work as expected.
I wanted to create a solution that simplifies this process and addresses those common issues.
So we're just replacing humans with AI now huh, kinda feels like a risky move to trust a machine with important customer interactions, but hey guess we'll see if it actually helps or just creates more problems
