I'm a huge fan of waveforms & custom jewelry. If you've wanted to give someone special, well, something special this seems like it's a great way to that. I have custom wedding bands, the process 6 years ago was: #1 - hunt down the artist who made custom waveform rings #2 - beg her to make them #3 - wire down payment #4 - record voice in audacity #5 - send her screen shot #6 - wait 2 months and almost freak out because it almost didn't come in time. ;) Capsul has really taken out those awful steps!

I ABSOLUTELY WOULD NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!! I purchased a product at the beginning of June. Received it mid-July and it broke the first time I wore it. Capsul customer service agreed to repair the product and they received it back 7/29/20. It is now November and I still do not have the product back. Customer service does rarely responds to me and have made false promises and excuses over and over. I was also offered a refund and then no one responds to me anymore. Overall experience has had the worst customer service and proof product quality.

Hello, I think I have something to offer you. I myself quite often buy all sorts of jewelry for myself and my last purchase was a gold franco chain . It was my first time buying on this site and I was very surprised and satisfied with the speed of the manager's response and the speed of delivery. I think you should go to this store if you want to buy some really worthwhile jewelry.
