@adityavsc Capsule is a copycat of an existing product called Bob mini dishwasher. It infringes at least 3 patents registered by Daan Tech which is filling lawsuits. For those reasons, we highly recommend backers to claim their money back because exports will be blocked by customs of jurisdictions where Daan Tech's patents are registered: United States, Canada, UK, European Union, Switzerland, Japan, South Korea, Hong-Kong, China, Singapore, Australia.

I've shared my thoughts on this there and while I don't spend a lot of time on Product Hunt, I believe they kinda apply to the community here too. @gabe__perez and @adityavsc you can help confirm if this is true?

I guess both sides must promote their own products. Francisco and his team at Loch Electronics have done a good job explaining how their product is unique on their Kickstarter campaign. It seems like really poor form for Daan Tech, an established company to be publicly bashing a startup that only has a prototype and just launched a Kickstarter :/
Sorry everybody has to experience this. It's happening on all our media channels. I would only say that competition is good and is the driving force to make better products. We believe that great design speaks for itself and sells for itself. No need to use questionable tactics to sell. Have a good one!
I got to play with the prototype (look out for my dainty hands in the Kickstarter vid) and it's really easy to move around, fits nicely on most counter tops, is simple to set up, and overall just seems like a way better way to clean your dishes than hunching over a sink and breaking your back :D
