Wanted something like for for a while, great effort @ynextz! A lot of my subscriptions are paid through PayPal, will that be added at some point? Cheers!
@marty
@ynextz does it just notice subscriptions as they are charged, or does it look through my transaction lists for past recurring charges? Have connected two accounts but not seeing anything yet. PS. the share link doesn't work!
Tzachi Davidovich
@marty hey, you it's there πŸ‘ should appear once all the scan is over, thanks
Scott Entwistle
@ynextz @marty How long does this take? I signed in, it said my accounts were linked, but it's been about 10-15 minutes and I see nothing on my dashboard. It'd probably be a good idea to put a warning like "accounts can take up to x minutes to sync"
@marty
@scawtent @ynextz completely agree, I added my accounts about 2 hours ago now and nothing has shown up!
Tzachi Davidovich
@scawtent @marty thanks for the feedback guys. Yea, sorry for that πŸ™πŸ» because of the overwhelming response πŸ”₯ things are moving slower in our end, but we're working to fix it as soon as possible and get your accounts ready. Thanks for your patience.

I tried to connect to Quickbooks, but there was an assumption that I'm in the U.S and I may have accidentally created a Quickbooks U.S account instead of logging into my UK account as expected. Also is this for business subscriptions only - not personal as well?
Tzachi Davidovich
@ianmayman thanks for the feedback, we're going to improve our integration with Quickbooks to make it more clear. You can track all your subscriptions business + personal, cheers
David Feng
Great product! Question, does it work with all SaaS apps? I don't see a list of what you support. Do we have to integrate with you in order for our customers to take advantage of this?
Tzachi Davidovich
@davidsfeng hey, we support hundreds of SaaS and adding more every day. You should expect to see all your SaaS, thanks !
Arlo Gilbert
I don't understand how this is different than the auto-vendor-memorization that most small business accounting tools offer. For example my Google Apps subscriptions get auto categorized as "Software Subscription" by Quickbooks every month when it pulls the data from our bank account. Is there something here I'm missing?
Tzachi Davidovich
@arlogilbert thanks! . We see Cardlife as a complementary service to accounting apps. We specialize in SaaS, give you a full dashboard, auto label your SaaS, send overcharge alerts to your team and we do everything for you automatically πŸ‘‰ and this is only our V1... πŸ™πŸ» In the future you can cancel your SaaS with us, get suggestions and better understand your usage.
Tzachi Davidovich
Hey everyone! Big ups to @benln for hunting us πŸ™Œ Cardlife is all your business (SaaS) subscriptions in one. If you're still using spreadsheets and accounting reports, it’s time to save money and work faster πŸš€ We’ll manage your SaaS for you, give you a beautiful dashboard 🎯 and save you money with our smart overcharges alerts. If you want to give it a try, check out https://www.cardlifeapp.com/ 🦁 HUGE shout out to the rest of the team behind this @tony_freed & @Pierluigi_93 ⚑ Love to hear your thoughts, thanks!
Malcolm Bell
@ynextz Love this idea!
madhu_
@ynextz How do you manage complicated contracts with larger companies like salesforce, net suite etc? By complicated, I mean tiered billing, add-on services, one time fees etc
Tzachi Davidovich
@madhu_ thanks! We scan your SaaS from your account so everything we'll find, will be presented at your dashboard.
Ouriel Ohayon
@ynextz @benln @tony_freed @pierluigi_93 funny. i litterally wrote down that in "ideas to launch" a month ago. nice

Cool product but the Landing Page is IMHO a mix of a lot of stuff that essentially fails to keep up with your brand design. Stick with the Murals on the whole homepage or remove them and stick with the visuals. Using both of them can have a lot of lukewarm effect on someone's idea to basically **get** it. Had to come back here and read to comments to know what you do. But cool concept nevertheless :)
Tzachi Davidovich
@h_halvi thanks for the feedback. yea, we hear you :)
Vincent Nallatamby
Great product! Have you plan to make suggestions Amazon-like ? "Entrepreneurs who use this SAAS also use..."
Adi Goldstein
Hey, Great service! but you probably want to add an unsubscribe button to your Intercom automessege… emails , Its seems a bit spammy..
Werner Geyser
Awesome service! Do you connect your card once and that integrates to the diff services? ie, you update in one central place?
Tzachi Davidovich
@wernergeyser Yes! You connect your card once and that's it.. :)
Scott Entwistle
@ynextz @wernergeyser I think I really misunderstood this - I took this to mean you can PAY all your subscriptions in one place, but it's actually just SEE all your subscriptions in one place. Is that right?
Tzachi Davidovich
@scawtent thanks, for now you see, manage and control :) a lot more features inside.
Andre Yanes
Where can I find the product's pricing info? Also, some PH comments mention that a bank account is connected. If so, does it work with Canadian and European banks?
Tzachi Davidovich
@roadtoaether we are still working on our pricing. We are connected to banks in US, Canada, Asia & most of Europe 🌏
Jonathan Levi
GREAT idea... hoping that they'll improve it a little bit. It scanned my account and added the same account 3x (there are 3 cards, I guess), then duplicated all of the expenses. Also, it missed 80-90% of my subscriptions - including some of the ones that are in the company's banner up above. Also, it seems to log every Amazon expense as a subscription... which is a hassle. Looking forward to seeing what this becomes, though... Keep it up, guys.

Instead of connecting the bank accounts. I am a freelancer and sometimes the SaaS tool is paid for by the client and I just want to send them the invoice.
Tzachi Davidovich
@kapoorcs good point! πŸ‘ for now you have an option to invite the client to connect account and import SaaS. In the future you'll be able to say which SaaS to scan from the client's account. thanks for the feedback !
Damon DeCrescenzo
Do you have a list of the services you are hunting for on our bills? Would love to see if the ones we use are a match.
Tzachi Davidovich
@damon_decrescenzo we support hundreds of SaaS services and we're adding more every day. Once you connected your account if we'll find more -> we'll just add them to your list. So you can expect 100% match 🎯
Cliff Dailey
Keeps giving me "server error" when I try to login in. Whats wrong? *Update: Able to login. Thanks!
Tzachi Davidovich
@cliffdailey hey, thanks for the update. We spoke and it's good to know that you were able to login! thanks for your feedback.
Mike Stenhouse
How does this save money for users? I can't see anything about that bit on the website....
Alex Flom
Looks like a great product! Is the service limited for certain countries?
Tzachi Davidovich
Hey @alex_flom πŸ™πŸ» we support 30+ countries (sorry, not IL yet) and we are adding more coverage every week. thanks!
Aykut Karaalioglu
what's the difference @truebill?
Tzachi Davidovich
@aykutws hey, thanks for asking πŸ‘ @cardlifeapp was built as a business tool from day one. We focused on being the go to place for Enterprise SaaS πŸš€ It's completely different market, different tool, different integrations and different features for businesses :)
Cory Boatright
Loving the idea, but your site isn't allowing a signup. Can you check on that bro?
Ben Mackinnon
Does this only work with certain subscriptions, or could I track any product we use?
Tzachi Davidovich
Hey @benmackinnon, it will work with any SaaS product that you use. thanks
BjΓΆrn Bakker
really cool product!
BjΓΆrn Bakker
@ynextz what customers will you target?
Tzachi Davidovich
@bjorn_bakker We're a B2B tool so businesses πŸ‘©β€πŸ‘©β€πŸ‘§β€πŸ‘§
BjΓΆrn Bakker
@ynextz haha I got that. My apologies for not being clearer: are you trying to target SMB/SME?
