It was super easy for me to setup and stream my content to all my publishing platforms.
Pros:Easy to setup and simple to use
Cons:Would love a mobile app

Ok, im gonna be friendly with this one.
Restream.io offer a better and enjoyable experience in this kind of services BUT
If Castr wants to compete with it prices need to be negotiable AND BASED ON CREATOR PROFILE (thats whats missing )
Pros:multiple streaming options
Cons:high price for subscription

It works as expected,
Pros:Fast and not expensive.
Cons:Noththing
I can stream my gaming to Twitch, YouTube Gaming, Mixer and Facebook Gaming simultaneously and with zero fees!
Pros:Stream to all my gaming sites for free.
Cons:No chat app (will be here end of month)
The verification process was really slow and I had to submit another number to get confirmation. Their brand color is blue-ish but all the colors in their dashboard are red. Seemed like I was using Restream under another name.
Pros:Good user onboarding
Cons:I think the pricing is irrelevand and high, the approval takes long and I especially didn't like the sms verification

The oddest thing about Castr is that the emails read like a college students writing to his best friend. Here's what they said last week about Facebook switching to secure streaming connections: ... "BUT, this does mean youβll need a new way to stream to Facebook. What this means for you? Right now, very little :)Weβve added in RTMPS support for Facebook into Castr. So just keep doing what youβve always done with Castr, and you shouldnβt have any trouble." ... In other words, it was "things are changing but don't worry, we changed too," email. Then, today, unhappily, this is from the email announcing a discontinuation of free services: ... "What will happen to my free account? Donβt worry, you wonβt be left high and dry. We got your back. Youβre being grandfathered in. Starting tomorrow, weβll be transferring you to a free 7 day trial account. You can keep using Castr exactly as you always have for the next 7 days. At the end of the trial your streams will be disabled." ... So, Castr's idea of "we got your back" (sic) is they'll give 7 days for you to decide what to do, before disabling your streams. Disappointing. EDIT: This is my first review I've posted, and ProductHunt seems to be strripping line breaks from the "tell us more" section. Apologies.
Pros:It used to be free competition to Restream.io.
Cons:The platform has gone "paid only," even though it remains unprofessional and unpolished.
