Ditch the Resume. Get more insight into who’s applying with voice questions, take-home tasks, eligibility questionnaires, and more — right in the job application. Instantly fast-track your best candidates to interviews and hire in less than 5 days.
Hi Hunters, I'm Vahan, the co-founder of Cauldron.
If you’re a recruiter, manager, founder, or someone who had to hire people off resumes - you know how time-consuming and unfun that process can be.
You have to read hundreds of resumes, then call the candidates on the phone, then spend hours on interviews that go nowhere - for it to take 4-5 weeks until you close on a hire.
We hear you and we’ve built this product specifically for you.
𝗪𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗖𝗮𝘂𝗹𝗱𝗿𝗼𝗻, 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗰𝗮𝗻:
1️⃣ Create questions, tasks, and forms to give to your candidates as part of your hiring process.
2️⃣ Post online, share with a link, or send to your candidates individually to complete.
3️⃣ Collect responses and shortlist the best before you even have to pick up the phone.
It’s like Typeform, for hiring, and so much better!

Thanks for checking us out! Can't wait to hear your feedback in the comments!
Big shoutout to @chrismessina for hunting us 🎉🎉
@chrismessina Thanks @elly_cho ! Agree that this was bound to happen. We've seen too many recruiters trying to juice Typeform for things it wasn't designed for!
@chrismessina@vahan_melkonyan This looks like a really efficient solution for the hiring process. Excited to see how it can streamline recruitment! Congrats on the launch!
It's great! Congrats on the launch @vahan_melkonyan and the team! I was wondering what ATS integrations do you support and are there any ones which you don't plan to support in the coming 1-2 years. Thank you!
@kh_mugh Thanks for the question. We are building ATS integrations as we go, and as our customers request new ones. It is likely, we'll cover every major ATS by 2024
Hi @matcha_anil - thanks for the question and checking out Cauldron today.
We think of it in terms of opportunity cost. Most of our customers have stopped spending time screening resumes and calling candidates in favor of pre-screening with application forms.
If getting from 300 resumes to 15 interviews would take 53 hours in the traditional format, with Cauldron it goes down to about 4 hours.
Hey @david_glass ! In part, it's because you are front-loading the screening that you would do on phone calls and interviews to the application form. And, of course, our signature scoring system helps you rank 200 candidates in less than 15 mins.
This sounds like an amazing tool for recruiters! I love the idea of getting more insight into candidates beyond just their resume. Exciting to know that the hiring process can be streamlined to just 5 days.
Wow, the Cauldron for Recruiters sounds amazing! With its innovative features, it can help recruiters streamline the hiring process and find the best candidates in just 5 days. It's definitely worth trying!
@samuel_lazarus :) For the ones you are going for final steps with - maybe. For most applicants, most of the time, a quick screen can divide the best from the bunch. Which should NOT last 3 hours :)
Cool product! Going to use it for my next customer support hire - last time I had 2 days filled with 15-minute interviews. Are there any limits on the amount of applications i can receive on a free play?
@victor_metelskiy Hey - no limits on the applicants or responses! On principle - we don't limit that so you can have a fair process for all of your candidates.
@maya_patel3 This is a core principle for us! No need for a hiring engine if only a quarter of the applicants go through it. If you're assessing candidates - the process should be fair and include all!
