Looks like a very useful application in hiring candidates. How do you compare the increase in productivity because of using Cauldron

Hi @matcha_anil - thanks for the question and checking out Cauldron today. We think of it in terms of opportunity cost. Most of our customers have stopped spending time screening resumes and calling candidates in favor of pre-screening with application forms. If getting from 300 resumes to 15 interviews would take 53 hours in the traditional format, with Cauldron it goes down to about 4 hours.

@samuel_lazarus :) For the ones you are going for final steps with - maybe. For most applicants, most of the time, a quick screen can divide the best from the bunch. Which should NOT last 3 hours :)
