👀 Tech friends - I love you, but we really gotta step up.
⚖️ It's been high time since we've done our part to create racial justice. The gap between the tech world and the greater community, especially in places like San Francisco and the Silicon Valley, seem to be ever-widening, as with inequalities within our industry itself.
⌛️ We can't solve it overnight, but we can't delay taking our commitment seriously. We must harness the momentum we've seen with the 2020 Black Lives Matter movement and put it into action, especially when we have so much power and resources to do so.
