This is really cool. We've just been setting up support for an e-commerce brand and and everyone seems to point to Gorgias what would you say are the main differentiating factors?
When ai agents need to esculate to human tickets do you have any ticketing system built in for that eg to interact live or via email, or would that be normally passed to another tool eg hubspot etc?

We don't currently have a built-in ticketing system. However, we are working on releasing our Help Desk very soon.
Currently, we have an integration with Zendesk. If you're working with Zendesk ticketing system, the AI Agent will transfer the chat to Zendesk sunshine so a real agent can continue the conversation.
@loay_hamdy Cool any eta on the internal help desk? IMO this will be a game-changer as Hubspot etc is bloated and frankly a total rip off. If you did similar thing with the core ticketing stuff it would be a no brainer. Would love to be notified when you have that!

Congrats on the launch. PERFECT product. I just tried it out, and I used some documents i used for my own AICrypto Agent.
I created a bot and ask crypto related questions with real time data, and the answers were perfect (most credits go to my documents :P).
But perfect.
Question, the chatbot I create, can i get APIs for it to integrate it to my app? If not, I SHOULD BE ABLE TO DO THAT. It was my next logical/intuitive thought to do.

@philkellr While this is unfortunately not supported, we've just released our integration with Zendesk so that the AI agents can create tickets on behalf of users, and another with Zendesk Sunshine for if the user asks the AI agent to speak to a human agent, the AI agent can transfer/handover the chat.
Our very own help desk is also on the way so that all interactions can be handled straight through Chatbase :)
