π Native macOS app to interact with ChatGPT
πΌοΈ Capture your whole conversation with ChatGPT in a single image with a single button press
πͺ Summon your AI friend anywhere with a system-wide hotkey (like Spotlight)
β¨οΈ Keyboard shortcuts for important actions
This app was developed the weekend right after ChatGPT was announced (as a hobby project) because I wanted a more βmacOS nativeβ way to interact with ChatGPT (and I was tired of stitching together multiple screenshots to share a conversation with my friends!) π€
Since this might be useful for others, I decided to polish it a little and share it for free (when downloading on Gumroad, you can just enter $0 - although any tips are of course much appreciated π).
Please let me know if you have any thoughts or feedback π
@manuelkehl Gotcha, good luck! I personally don't mind opening a browser but I know there's a good portion of folks that love the native app since you can open via Command Bar for convenience
@puneet_kohli yes, that's the target audience (folks like myself, heh) π€ The other feature that I personally have been enjoying in practice, is easily creating screenshots of the whole conversation in a single image for sharing with friends or on social media (instead of manually "stitching together" or posting multiple individual screenshots).
@pratyush_r8 thank you! π I actually already released it last week but it was brought to my attention that folks couldn't upvote here because *somehow* I accidentally managed to mark it as "not launched yet"?!
(I'm new to Producthunt so still learning my way round here π )
That's why I changed it to "launch" today - guess it's the "official PH launch" for me today even though the app's already been out for a week at this point ππ
@manuelkehl can totally understand mate, first launches are hard. It came on my feed today itself so thought it was launched today.
anyways all the best for the product π

Thanks for confirming this! Seems like it's working now, very good to know π
Just wanted to explain why I declared this as "launched today" despite there already being older comments π Guess one could consider last week a "soft launch" then and this one the "real launchday" (albeit unintentional haha).
