Circle's sister company Poloniex is holding funds from unverified accounts hostage, despite previous assurance the ability to withdraw would remain untouched. Accounts were locked on a Sunday morning, with no warning!

Once we receive and verify your information, full account functionality will be restored, and your daily withdrawal limits will be increased to $25k USD equivalent.

On top of this attempt to harvest user data, reports of users going through the verification process indicate their account is still locked! So not only you get to lose your money, you can look forward to your ID re-sold on the black market.
Do not trust Circle and Poloniex. Absolutely appaling support coupled with outright theft of user funds.
