@ialigator Hey Ali, I used Otter ai and it does the job for summaries. I struggle to push, organize and track the actions seamlessly after the transcription is available. Does your tool solve that or any thoughts on doing that?
I have yet to find meeting note software that meets my bar for quality, but this is intriguing - especially the emphasis on workflows. Do you ingest any additional context to help process the meeting transcripts? E.g. internal docs?
@rajiv_ayyangar Hey Rajiv, we use additional context provided by you and from the meeting to help with the transcription. You can also add custom words and phrases to your vocabulary from Settings → Account to further improve the accuracy of the transcription.

Seems like there are quite a few products being launched in this space. At Francis we're already using a tool similar to this (Productlane), and last week fforward.ai launched with something similar.
Would be great to understand your differentiated value, and how you are different from other AI meeting notes applications that integrate with my CRM and Linear.

I am pleasantly surprised about Circleback's capability to accurately capture a discussion in meetings, even when more than one language is spoken. This product works very well and has become my chosen automatic notetaker for online meetings. Circleback's recognition of languages is outstanding. Therefore, I would also love to use it for meetings in a foreign language that I don't master. It would be great to get an English summary of such meetings. However, that would require an additional option to be able to choose the language of the transcript, which is now automatically set in the dominant language used in a meeting.

-> Small recommendation, would be nice if the copy notes feature allowed a downloadable pdf in the nice visual format like the one given via email post a meeting.

@ialigator Post a meeting, I'd like to share the notes with a client/partner and/or with a teammate. Currently the copy notes method when copied and pasted comes without formatting, or if you forward the email that gets sent to your inbox the formatting breaks :/
Sharing the link to a partner requires them to sign up to view. Not favorable.
A consideration would be an easy to view online format (without having to login ie/ figma) or downloadable nice format to share.

A must in my day to day. I don’t know how I used this without. And this is coming from someone who previously used otter and zoom’s recording tools. It’s powerful and actionable.

Action items derived from voice recordings – brilliant! It's too often overlooked how many valuable insights and conclusions from meetings receive minimal follow-up.
