Have been working on sign in via Google which was deployed today! Hopefully you're able to give the app a try now.
I really like this app, but I would suggest you to check your email server because they ended up in the Spam, and Gmail automatically removes hyperlinks from mails that are identified as malicious.
I had to do some tinkering in order to login
One more thing: IDK if using progressive IDs for notes etc. is a good idea

Incorporating alternative means of sign up is definitely in the works. The issue you're having seems to be affecting a bunch of people.
As for the IDs, adding a level of obfuscation/randomization for entries sounds like a good idea.
