My only concern is the quality of leads that would be coming from Twitter, not sure I've ever found a potential lead there but maybe I'm using it wrong. Very interesting idea though and would love to see this move to other social platforms. I'd be interested in doing a demo with you @spencer_farber!
@nick_meagher Hey Nick, thanks for the feedback and voicing your concerns. I really appreciate it. With Twitter, it's definitely about how you use it. Unlike other platforms, finding leads with Twitter should be based on what we call "Critical Events". For example, if you're a photographer looking for work, you wouldn't type in "need photographer". Yes, this may garner something once in a blue moon, but isn't effective for scalability. A "Critical Event" in this case might be: #Gettingmarried , "engagement ring", "wedding", etc. These are all events that show an actual need for that service within a specific time frame. These are the leads that with automated workflows, you can uncover without manual follow up, all the way until they become an engaged opportunity. I'd love to discuss more. Let's absolutely set up a demo. Please send me an email directly at spencer@cliently.com and find a time to meet.
I like the product design and concept, however, I have never found Twitter to be a great channel for generating much of anything outside of bot likes and retweets. Are there case studies, testimonials, etc?
@rob__race Thanks for the comment and feedback! I don't as of yet, but I've had many of my teams use it with great success in the past. The key is to finding "critical events", such as "grand opening" or "website launch" as an example to find clients that will need specific services, such as marketing consultants, web developers, etc. Twitter is a great place to engage these clients, and with the automatic workflow feature, you're able to set up tweets, retweets, follows, etc, and A/B test until you find the right formula to turn these leads into actual clients.
Also, I will help the first handful of clients create a custom campaign. Let me know if interested, and let's discuss in a little more detail about your business.
Checked out your website, well done. Just a quick question. This is delivering leads to your mailbox based on the interests and location you set. It's not automating messages to these people correct? You personally contact the people you want once you have the leads? Hope that question made sense. Just not a fan of automated DMs and tweets myself. Congrats on your company!
@tiffy4u Thanks Tiffy! The workflow does allow for automation, but the key part is this is only for leads that you accept. And when you accept them, you have the opportunity to send them to a workflow or not. Additionally, a key difference with our app, is you can also alter the workflow specifically for each lead you accept. So if you want to add a custom message to go out on day 5 within the current workflow just for that lead, you can! Would love to discuss more with you. Any availability tomorrow or Friday?
Very interesting concept and idea. As a growth consultant finding leads not from referrals sometimes is a nightmare so definitely looking forward to trying it and see the results. Are you planning to expand the search also for platforms like LikedIn or Facebook?
@borjasolutions thanks for the kind feedback! We are planning on expanding this to a couple of other areas. I'd love to show you a quick screen share demo (plus our staging site) with the direction we are going. Available tomorrow for a quick call/screenshare?
Spencer, your app from the tutorial and website description sounds like it will fill a big need. As of today, I'm having to use a patchwork of different things to accomplish what it appears yours will do. We have a very specific workflow that combines email, video, LinkedIn, Tweeter, and event triggers from Google and block spring. My only concern that I see and maybe I'm misunderstanding but the pricing is from 5-50 leads? That consumption is a bit low at least for my appetite which I help organization build and scale their sales force. How has this pricing model been received by others? Guess before I really talk about it I should go and start a trial and take it for a spin. But hats off for one of the few company's tackling this. For a lot of B2B sales people Twitter is one of the top if not the top sources of leads. There is definitely some finesse needed on how to do it.
@growthplatform Mark, greatly appreciate the feedback and thoughts. For right now we've kept the plans intentionally small (up to 50 leads) and can definitely add more on a custom plan. But you're absolutely right in the potential lack of scalability of such a small amount. For very small to small businesses it seems to fulfill their needs, or at least enough to cut their teeth on, but we'll absolutely be ramping this up based on more lead sources, and more leads with additional plans in the near future. Let's set up a quick screen share, and I'll show you a sneak peak of what we're working on, and discuss your specific needs/thoughts for an application like this. I don't like to ask for people to post their email addresses here, so if possible, please email me directly at spencer@cliently.com. Look forward to speaking!
@skynet Great! Appreciate it Alex. If you have 10 minutes later today, I'd love to show you around in a screen share. Available in a couple of hours, or I have 20 minutes now if you're free.
Hey guys, A little bit about why I created this app. Many companies find it difficult to come up with a scalable way to make sure there are always fresh and qualified leads coming in.
Throughout more than 10+ years working in many different industries I’ve discovered that the most constant pain for companies is to find creative ways to generate leads.
It’s a real struggle for businesses of all sizes, be it small, medium, and even larger companies. I wanted to come up with a solution, where a company of any size could have a scalable lead generation mode without the need of multiple apps, complicated processes, and hiring consultants to set it all up. And that’s why I created Cliently – to help business owners like you get great leads. Automatically.
@samir_doshi Thanks Sam, couldn't agree more :)! Would love to show you where we're heading, and get some more specific feedback from you. Available tomorrow for a quick screen share/call?
